I am currently slogging thru building a kit for review for IPMS/USA. Sadly, it has been a rough experience that I will detail in a future post. However, one bright spot is that I have found a new favorite modeling tool. It is the Xuron 440 Photo Etch cutters. I picked these up at AMPS I think. They work great. I generally dislike most photoetch. I think much of it is useless. However, when I need to use photoetch, one question is always, “How best to remove the part from the runner and get a clean cut. Well, these are the answer. Highly recommended!
