Stupid

See this story.  A number of years ago a major bank asked me to do the same thing. (i.e. represent it as a Plaintiff and name it as a Defendant in a foreclosure.)  I wisely refused after explaining what the reaction of the Woodford Circuit Court Judge would be to such a filing.  I wasn’t willing to endure the ridicule that would have followed, especially for what the client wanted to pay.
