The Russians have experienced some sort of submarine fire.  Also, in completely unrelated news, the Vice President dropped out of a scheduled event to rush back to the White House, Putin also altered his scheduled appearances for the day, and the EU security council has gone into emergency session.

Airbus is ceasing production of the A380.  This is not a surprise as the plane never sold in the numbers anywhere close to those needed to make it commercially viable.  There is speculation that when you factor in the development costs, that Airbus lost money on the A380.  The boys at Boeing look all the smarter for not competing with the A380.

More and more of the politicians seem to be coming out for Brexit.  Since they usually shift with the wind, I have to think that is a good sign.  We may be seeing the beginning of a preference cascade.
