Could we see a replay of 1979.  I will admit, I think that is one of the more likely scenarios in the South China Sea; a confrontation between Vietnam and China.  The two countries are butting heads more and more in the area.

Mike Rowe does a great podcast called, “The Way I Heard It.”  If you haven’t listened, you should.

His recent podcast told the story of Adm. George Stephen Morrison who was the admiral in charge during the Gulf of Tonkin incident and who was also the father of Jim Morrison, the lead singer of The Doors.  I never knew that.
