I am getting tired of even drawing attention to this type of stuff.

I would think their might be liability for civil rights violations if you can show the police checked the license plate and knew the driver had a CCW before they were pulled over.

  2. Won’t appear in out-of-state police database. If anyone is taken into custody, then inquiry is made but without a gun, it would raise red flags on the other end of the phone. No arrest number generated and no firearm vouchered. It was clearly a case of profiling. Older guy, driving the speed limit. They figure he’s moving guns because nobody would be looking at him. Had it happen to me some twenty years ago at the same place. Profiling, but I had a shield and ID, plus the car I was driving, had unmarked license plates, a red light, and siren. I was stopped because I was wearing proper business attire, in the right lane, doing the speed limit. Coming back north from business further south. Cop was okay.
