Putin weak?

Is this a possible confirmation that a lot of Putin’s muscle-flexing is due to his weakness, rather than his strength?

Well, this isn’t good news

Looks like Putin is flexing his muscles some more.  If we were smart, we’d drive the price of oil back under $30 a barrel.
